BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
Large head broccoli
Head of cauliflower
Baby carrots, optional
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Clean broccoli and cauliflower. Then cut up the broccoli and cauliflower. Place the ingredients in a large bowl. Next mix the dressing ingredients. Taste the dressing and adjust if needed. Pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the salad and mix the salad with a salad spoon and fork. Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours before serving.
