FOIL ROASTED CORN 
Young ears of corn
Softened butter
Salt and pepper

Select young ears of corn; remove husks and silk. Place each on a piece of heavy duty foil. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap the corn, twisting ends of foil to secure. Place on open grill and roast about 25 minutes, turning once.
