CORNED BEEF IN FOIL 
4 lb. corned beef, water to cover
1/4 c. water (additional)
2 tbsp. pickling spice
Garlic clove, minced
1 orange, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 carrot, sliced thin
1 stalk celery, with leaves

Soak beef in water to cover for 30 minutes or longer. Drain well and pat dry.

Place on sheet of heavy duty foil large enough to wrap around meat and seal. Turn up ends of foil. Pour 1/4 cup water over and sprinkle with spices. Add oranges and vegetables spices.

Fold ends of foil together and seal. Place in shallow pan after baking. Remove from foil and serve with vegetables and juices.

Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours.
