FOILED CORN ON THE COB 
12 ears fresh corn
Herb spread
Salt & pepper to taste

Husk corn just before cooking. Place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil. Brush corn with herb spread; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap foil tightly around corn. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, turning several times. Yield 12 servings.

HERB SPREAD:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram leaves

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Yield 1/2 cup.
