FOIL BAKED CORN
Spread corn with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Wrap securely in foil. Bake in a hot oven (450 degrees) for 25 minutes. Turn often.

Alternative "Cajun" recipe. Spread corn with Chipotle Tabasco Sauce instead of butter, substitute Tony's "More Spice" Seasoning for salt and pepper. Puts a little ZIP on your lip!
