PASTA PIZZA
2 c. corkscrew macaroni
3 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 med. tomato, thinly sliced
1 green pepper, thinly sliced into rings
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain well. Combine milk and eggs. Stir in cooked macaroni. Stir in onion and cheddar. Spread this mixture evenly over a buttered 14 inch pizza pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

Brown beef and drain off fat. Mix with tomato sauce, basil, oregano and garlic salt. Spread meat mixture evenly over baked macaroni crust. Arrange tomato slices and pepper rings over. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

Use your imagination - Substitute pork for beef. Add extra toppings, i.e. additional shredded cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms or olives.
