BEER BREAD 
3 c. unsifted self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer
1 beaten egg white

Mix together; put in greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add one beaten egg white on top. Bake for 15 more minutes. Best to cut it after it has set for 2 or more hours.
