1 (2 1/2 lb.) round fully ripened Brie
2/3 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 to 3 tbsp. brown sugar

Remove rind from top of cheese, to within 1/4 inch of outside edges. Place cheese on ungreased baking sheet and arrange pecans over top. Sprinkle with sugar. Broil 8 inches from heat 3 to 5 minutes or until sugar and cheese is bubbly.
