CRANBERRY BRIE 
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. brandy extract
1/3 c. cranberry-orange sauce
Pinch of ground nutmeg
1 round (8 oz.) brie cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pecans

Combine sugar, brandy extract, cranberry-orange sauce and nutmeg. Peel off top rind of brie, leaving 1/4" edge. Top brie with cranberry mixture and sprinkle with pecans. Bake in 500 degree oven 5 minutes. Serve with assorted crackers.
