BAKED BRIE 
1 (4 or 8 oz.) round of Brie cheese (it must be uncut with the edible white casing intact)
butter
Almonds, slivered

Place cheese on oven proof plate (a pie plate works well). Spread top with butter; cover with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, depending on size. Center should feel soft when you push down with a spoon. Serve warm with sliced French bread or crackers. Served with fruit, it makes a nice luncheon.
