HOT AND PEPPERY BRIE 
1 (4 1/2) round Brie
2 tbsp. jalapeno pepper jelly
2 tbsp. finely chopped toasted pecans

Cut top off Brie - place on microwave safe plate. Spread jelly on top. Sprinkle with nuts. Microwave 50% power (medium) for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
