1 sm. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 med. Cool Whip
3 c. apples, chopped (leave the skin on)
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix pudding with Cool Whip, add pineapple, apples and peanuts. Mix well. Add marshmallows just before serving.
