CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Cook the above until thick and cool. Add 4 to 6 diced apples (with or without peeling). Granny Smith or Red Delicious work well.

1/2 c. chopped peanuts
8 oz. Cool Whip

Sprinkle some chopped peanuts on top for decoration when ready to serve.
