TAFFY APPLE SALAD WITH PEANUTS 
2 cups salted peanuts with skins
4 cups chopped, peeled apples
8 oz Cool Whip
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained & reserve juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp peanut butter, creamy or chunky

Combine pineapple juice with sugar, flour, vinegar, egg and peanut butter. Cool completely. Spoon from saucepan into large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip, add pineapple, nuts and apples. Mix well. Chill overnight. Can easily be doubled. When doubled it fills the Tupperware Fix & Mix Bowl.
