CARAMEL-COCONUT FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut

Stir the butter and brown sugar until dissolved over low heat. Add the rest of ingredients and spread over the top of cake and put under broiler until bubbly and brown.
