CARAMEL COCONUT CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
4 tbsp. butter

Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla and beat until thick. Add sifted dry ingredients. Heat milk and butter to boiling point, add to above mixture and bake in buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. coconut

Mix above ingredients. Cook until bubbly. Pour on top of cake, put under broiler for 2 minutes.

This is excellent. I did shorten the baking time to 34 minutes due to my oven, but the ingredients are spot on. Love it!
