SLOW COOKED CHILI | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 c. chopped green pepper 2 garlic cloves, finely cut 28 oz. can whole tomatoes 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans 2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. cumin Brown ground beef; add onions, green pepper, garlic, tomatoes, kidney bens, salt, chili powder, pepper and cumin in a slow cooker. Cover and simmer on low setting for 6 - 8 hours. Makes 8 - 10 servings. |
