BARBECUE RIBS OR PORK CHOPS 
MARINATING SAUCE:

2 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt

Mix and bring to boil ingredients for marinating sauce; let cool. Pour over ribs or chops and let sit overnight. Remove from sauce and bake in pan; cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees until tender (2 hours).

RED SAUCE:

1/3 c. water
1 (14 oz.) ketchup
1 (12 oz.) chili sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard

Mix and bring to boil ingredients for red sauce. Dip chops or ribs in sauce and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Both sauces can be reused if brought to a boil and refrigerated or frozen.
