BASIC CREPES 
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs, milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then butter. Let stand 1 hour before cooking. Pour very thin layer into hot griddle. Cook until brown, flip over and brown. Serve with berries, cooked apples, Cool Whip, etc.
