BASIC CREPE 
1 c. flour, sifted
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend 1 minute on high. Scrape sides; blend additional 30 seconds. Refrigerate 1 hour or more. Pour small amount in crepe pan or small frying pan. Cook about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Slide out of pan.
