ITALIAN TOMATO SOUP STEW 
4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in bite sizes
1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
7 c. beef stock
1 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sliced carrots
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
2 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. mushrooms
1 green pepper, diced
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
2 c. tortellini

Combine tomatoes, sausage, tomato sauce, stock, onion, garlic, carrots, basil, oregano in a large pot. Simmer 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer again. Add more water, if necessary, to cook tortellini.
