SPARE RIBS WITH ORANGE HONEY
GLAZE
 
3 lbs. spare ribs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Grated orange rind for garnish

Cut ribs into 2 to 3 rib pieces. Sprinkle on both sides with salt. Place in baking dish. Bake in oven 400 degrees for 1 hour.

Meanwhile mix together tomato sauce, orange juice, honey, vinegar, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce. Pour over ribs to coat evenly. Lower oven. Bake 30 minutes longer until ribs are tender.
