HOW TO MELT CHOCOLATE IN A MICROWAVE | |
Cut chocolate to be melted into 1 inch pieces. Place in glass container (a measuring cup will do fine) and place into microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir well. If necessary, place in microwave again for 30 second intervals as necessary until chocolate is melted. Stir well as chocolate melts while it is being stirred. DO NOT OVER MICROWAVE OR CHOCOLATE WILL BURN. |
