MELT IN YOUR MOUTH CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs

Stir together flour and sugar in large mixing bowl. In 1-cup liquid measuring cup, measure the buttermilk; add the baking soda and stir slightly. Set aside to give this mixture time to expand.

Meanwhile, melt together the butter, cocoa and water. When hot and melted, pour all at once into the flour-sugar mixture and stir with a spoon until blended in. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
