KING RANCH CHICKEN 
1 (1 lb.) bag tortilla chips
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) chicken, boiled, boned & cut into strips
1 green pepper, sliced & sauteed in butter
1 onion, sliced & sauteed in butter
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes of green chilies (Rotel), undrained
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese (or use Velveeta or American cheese)

Layer chips, chicken pieces and cheese in a large greased baking dish (9"x13")./ In a bowl combine green pepper, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, soups and tomatoes/green chilies. Mix well. Pour mixture over chips, chicken and cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
