1 lb. pack Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. box chocolate instant pudding

Crush cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into greased pan. Mix cream cheese and half of Cool Whip. Spread over cookie mixture. Mix pudding with 2 cups milk and spread onto other mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Save enough cookie crumbs to sprinkle over top. Chill well before serving.
