CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE PIE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter, melted & cooled to room temperature
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional)
One 9" unbaked pie shell

Makes one 9 inch pie. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add flour, sugar and brown sugar; beat until well blended. Blend in melted butter. Stir in Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels and walnuts (walnuts are optional). Pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Remove from oven. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
