1 lb. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Crush cookies and mix with butter. Spread in a 9"x13" pan. (Save 1/2 cup cookies for top.) Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together in a bowl. Spread 1/2 over the cookies in pan.

Mix chocolate pudding and milk together. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread other 1/2 of cream cheese mixture over pudding. Top with remaining cookies.
