AVOCADO TACO SALAD 
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. cooked kidney beans, drained
1 sm. can diced green chiles
4 chopped green onions
3 oz. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn chips
2 peeled and cubed avocados
2 lg. tomatoes, cut up

Layer all ingredients in large bowl. Pour over Chili Dressing (below). Toss salad and serve.

CHILI DRESSING:

Mix in jar and shake: 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. red chili powder 1/2 tsp. oregano flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/3 c. vegetable oil
