CAJUN CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. Polish sausage, sliced
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
1 c. uncooked rice
1 onion, chopped
3 pieces garlic, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 med. cabbage, chopped in sm. pieces
Salt to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour in a very large casserole dish, cover, bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees; remove, uncover and stir ingredients from bottom to top. Replace cover and continue baking for another 1 1/2 hours.
