BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
2 extra ripe bananas
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips
2 1/4 c. flour
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs

Puree bananas. Measure 1 cup and put into a medium size bowl. Add eggs, sugar, melted butter and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in chips and nuts. Mix until just blended. Spoon into well greased muffin tins or use foil cupcake liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes about 16 muffins.
