BANANA-CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
3 med. ripe bananas
3 tbsp. sour cream or yogurt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, beat sugar and oil. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. In small bowl, stir baking soda into yogurt, add slowly to banana mixture. Stir in flour and mix, stirring slowly until blended. Stir in chocolate chips; spoon batter into greased muffin pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 14 large muffins or 20 regular muffins (15 to 20 minutes).
