PIZZA CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce with bits 1/4 c. water 1/2 tsp. garlic 1/2 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded Brown beef and onions together. Add cooked macaroni, 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Toss together and turn into 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and remainder of tomato sauce over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until it begins to boil. |
