ALWAYS FLUFFY CHEESE SCRAMBLED EGGS | |
2 eggs 1˝ tbsp. milk (If your're lactose intolerant, water) salt 1/2 tbsp. butter 1/3 cup cheese of your choice cheese powder such as kernel popcorn seasonings white cheddar (optional) Crack eggs into one measuring cup. Add milk, a few shakes of salt, and cheese powder and whisk together with a fork. When mixture looks creamy and yellow, add cheese of your choice, and whisk briskly to mix it in. Butter a frying pan, and add egg mixture. Cook until yellow and fluffy. Serve. Submitted by: Camille Christine |
