PERFECT SCRAMBLED EGGS 
3 egg whites
splash of milk
salt and pepper
shredded cheese (optional)
minced dry onion

With a non-stick spray, lightly spray the pan till completely covered with a thin layer.

Preheat pan over a medium-low heat. While the pan is preheating, crack 3 eggs (only egg whites) into a medium bowl and whisk. Add a splash of milk into the eggs (this will make them fluffy) along with a pinch of salt and pepper, minced dry onion, and optional cheese.

Slowly whisk all the ingredients together, then pour mixture into the warm (not hot) pan.

Adjust heat to low setting and let eggs sit until you can see all of the edges, then take your spatula and push all the edges into the middle. Just repeat pushing the edges into the middle until mixture is cooked through.

TIPS: Eggs are done when they are not wet looking or runny.

• Try adding spinach or tomatoes to your eggs while they are cooking for a garden-fresh flavor.

• Use freshly minced onions instead of dried onion for more flavor.
