MY WIFES NOT HOME MICROWAVE
SCRAMBLED EGGS

2 to 3 eggs
Dash salt
Dash pepper
1/2 to 1 oz. milk

Into a small microwave safe bowl mix 2 to 3 eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Stir thoroughly and microwave for 1 to 2 minutes at medium power. Stir again until well mixed and microwave again 30 seconds at a time until desired texture is obtained. Mix well between cooking times. Do not overcook. Season and eat from bowl.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.

My Wifes Not Home Microwave Scrambled Eggs

Better than I thought it would be! The texture is a bit strange but it tastes just fine, with a fraction of the time and mess.

I was a bit skeptical about this method, but they turned out to be fairly good. I made them with 3 eggs and 1 oz. of milk. It's a bit tedious, though, to microwave for 30 seconds, mix, and repeat. I must have done that 6 times or more, so it didn't really save much more time over my usual skillet method. But the texture was almost identical, I thought.

I made them in a hurry one AM and even though I just put them in for 2 minutes and let 'em cook... it looked like a souffle when I took them out, lol! But they just needed cutting up... good!!!

Haven't tried this yet -- just about to. But the best part of the instructions has GOT to be "eat from bowl." Hilariously sad and sadly hilarious.

Now I HAVE made it. Came out pretty nicely -- tho I did make a few changes. Used 1 egg. Didn't stir, so I ended with an egg patty. Added a bit of cooked sausage (crumbs, really). Served patty on English Muffin with a slice of pepper jack cheese.

Decent. Good for when I have 5 min for breakfast... Or when I'm too lazy to cook.

Staying in friends guesthouse with just a coffee maker and a microwave. Scavenged for leftovers - then did this:

3 eggs in soup bowl w tall vertical sides (souffle style, sort of...) added finely chopped Italian salami and chopped mozzarella cheese stick (obviously grown up cheese would be better....). Cooked for two minutes, stirred, nuked it one minute more. Topped faux souffle with avocado, salt and pepper. Should go in a survivalist cookbook.......

Texture is a bit weird but goes well with some ketchup.

I do this on a pretty regular basis when I don't want to stand in front of the stove. I don't stir every 30 seconds though, and it seems to be OK. I love to add hot sauce to the egg before I cook it... YUM.

This was great. It seemed just like scrambled eggs maybe even better although I put in some shredded and Parmesan cheese and some vegetable oil.

Add one Li'l Sizzler cut in thirds to mixture. Cook same way. Add a slice of toast. Makes it more of a breakfast!

A clean coffee cup even works great! No need to mess up a bowl!

I have this for breakfast every day: two scrambled eggs with a bit of milk, two sliced tomatoes and a bit of sliced bell peppers. Put it in a bowl, plate on top of it and another under it (to avoid getting the microwave all messed up), cook 5 to 6 minutes in microwave to get the tomatoes and bell peppers cooked right. Add salt & pepper after cooking. Great with two slices of toasted bread.

Great for me, I'm not allowed to use the cooker without adult supervision so this is great. Add crumbed shredded ham on top perfection.

Sometimes I don't even stir. Love it :)
