6 eggs
1 tbsp. water
your favorite hot pepper sauce (optional; use desired amount)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Whisk eggs and ingredients vigorously until it starts to retain air bubbles.

Preheat frying pan and spray with non-stick cooking oil (Pam) or one pat of real butter. Pour slowly into pan. Constantly move spatula back and forth until cooked through... but not over cooked.

Serve with wheat toast and other sides you prefer.
