SCHLUCKY TORTE 
LAYER 1:

1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. crushed pecans (or walnuts)

Mix. Put in 9x13 pan. Bake 18 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool.

LAYER 2:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of lg. carton of Cool Whip

Mix and spread over crust. Refrigerate.

LAYER 3:

Prepare 1 small package instant chocolate pudding with 1 cup cold milk. Spread over 2nd layer.

LAYER 4:

Prepare 1 small package instant vanilla pudding with 1 cup cold milk. Layer over 3rd layer.

LAYER 5:

Top with remaining Cool Whip and more chopped nuts.
