CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1/4 lb. cut up fresh mushrooms
3 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1 c. milk
1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. soft whole wheat bread crumbs
2 beaten eggs
Seasonings (pepper, celery salt, salt & paprika)

Saute mushrooms in butter. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl. Pour into 2 quart greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
