SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. cooked & drained frozen spinach 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing 1 med. onion, chopped fine 4 eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic salt, thyme, salt Mix all ingredients. Season with thyme and salt to taste. Roll into balls; freeze. It is essential to freeze the balls. Remove and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Great to have in the freezer for those unexpected guests. |
