SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well 1 lg. onion, chopped 4 beaten eggs 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs Mix ingredients well. Chill for 1/2 hour. Make small balls (size of small walnuts) and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes on cookie sheet. (May be baked while frozen.) Serve with toothpicks or small forks. |
