SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
6 eggs beaten
1/8 oz. pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
3/4 c. butter melted
1 med. onion chopped
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Mix together, roll into small balls and freeze. (48 may be put on one cookie sheet, as they do not spread). When ready to serve, still frozen, place in 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. makes 10 dozen.
