SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) herb stuffing mix
1 3/4 sticks butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Black pepper
4 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme

Melt butter, beat eggs; then combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Make into small balls and bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
