BROCCOLI BALLS 
1 pkg. broccoli
3/4 c. melted butter
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

Cook broccoli and drain. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Roll in small balls and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. These are good with a meal or as an appetizer or for a finger food at a party.
