CAVIAR BALL | |
8 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tsp. onion bouillon crystals 2 tbsp. diced black olives 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Diced onion to taste 1 sm. jar black or red caviar Soften cream cheese. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise, onion, black olives and Worcestershire. Dissolve bouillon crystals in 1 teaspoon hot water. Add to cream cheese mixture. Form into ball and refrigerate. Just before serving, pat on caviar gently. Serve with Melba rounds. |
