CAVIAR DAISY 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. onion, finely minced
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine
6 oz. black caviar

Mix onion and cream cheese and form into a half mound on serving plate. Lightly press caviar all over the surface of the mounded cheese, then surround with the chopped eggs. Serve with melba toast and crackers.
