BELLE'S GREEN GRAPE PIE 
3 c. small green grapes, stemmed and washed (small green, wild mustang grapes picked before they have seeds)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour, mixed with water to form a paste)
Unbaked pie dough for 9 to 10 inch double pie crust

Put grapes, sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and add flour paste to thicken. Remove from heat and add butter and cinnamon, cool. Pour into unbaked pie crust, cover with top crust. Sprinkle top crust with sugar. Cover edges of crust with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and make 20 to 25 minutes more.
