APRICOT SALAD 
1 can (#2) crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Cool Whip (8 oz.)
2 pkgs. apricot Jello (sm.)
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 jar junior apricot baby food

Bring pineapple to boil, add Jello. Simmer until dissolved. Cream together the sugar, cream cheese, Cool Whip and baby food. Add this mixture after the Jello has thickened slightly. Pour into a mold and chill for several hours.
