APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. apricot Jello
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. pecans, broken pieces
2 sm. jars apricot strained baby food

Mix Jello, water and sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add pineapple. Cool. Beat together Eagle Brand milk and cream cheese and add to Jello mixture. Stir in baby food. Fold in pecans and chill until set.
