APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Blend cake mix and Jello thoroughly. Add beaten egg yolks, apricot nectar, oil and flavoring. Fold in egg whites and pour into greased 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.

Mix together:

2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Juice of 2 lemons or 1/3 c. apricot nectar

Pour over hot cake and let cool in pan.
